FINANCIAL POLICIES
As patients approach surgery, they frequently need information about the various payment options. We hope the following information will be helpful.
Our patient coordinators are readily available to meet with you personally to provide the specific information you desire.
CONSULTATIONS
The consultation fee is $100 plus tax. This will be deducted from the cost of your surgery. (Small office based procedures such as removal of skin lesions with a local anesthetic are excluded.) There is no consultation fee for injectable products if the product is administered on the same visit as your consultation. There is no charge to consult with our nurse specialist.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A deposit of 10 % of the total cost of your operation is required to book your surgery. This amount will be deducted from the remainder of the fee, which is due in full at the time of your preoperative visit or 3 weeks prior to your surgical date. We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cashiers check, bank draft, money order, cash or debit card. We are only able to accept personal checks if they are certified. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
FINANCING
We will be happy to assist you with applying for financing . We offer financing through;

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon but other patients as well. Dr. Ward's time, as well as that of the operating room staff, is a precious commodity; we request your courtesy and concern.
If you need to cancel your operation more than 30 days before surgery, you are entitled to a full refund. If less than 30 days notice is given for postponement or cancellation the deposit will be held as an administration fee.
Should you find it necessary to cancel 21 days or less before surgery, we will refund your payment except for 25% of the total cost of your operation. This will be considered a nonrefundable cancellation fee.
